How do I register to become a member of DKS?

• You can register online via www.dks.co.za, you can phone the DKS Operations room on 0861 899 899 to register or alternatively, you can download a registration form and fax it to 012 346 4474.

Do I have to sign a contract?

• No, once you have completed the registration procedures you are a lifetime member.

When and where can I use this service?

• You can use this service in any city or town where there is a DKS office.
• The service is on offer 24 hours a day, right through the entire year.
• Currently we only have an office in Pretoria and Johannesburg.
• A list of our planned offices is published on the website.

Can I stop a DKS vehicle and request a chauffeur service from the driver?

• No, due to security reasons unfortunately not.
• For short notice bookings contact the DKS Control Room at 0861 899 899 to book the service.

How do I pay for this service?

• DKS is a no cash business.
• A member can pay per credit or debit card in the vehicle.
• A member can make an EFT payment.

Can I drop my friends/companions off on the way home?

• No, unfortunately this is a door to door service.
• The only way that this can happen is if it is arranged in advance with the control room.
• An additional cost will be involved.

Is this a 24 hour chauffeur service?

• Yes, our service is 24/7/365.
• No additional costs apply after hours.

What about Toll Fees?

• All toll fees are included in the price.

Can I cancel a service after I have made a booking?

• Yes, trips can be cancelled provided you cancel via the Control Room at least 2 hours before the scheduled pick up time.
